Which provides adult blog, podcast, consensual adult parties and community forum that allow users to create a profile, view, follow, purchase memberships, and share on the forum, listen to published podcast, recommendation to adult only tours and holidays, (the "Services") through our website; accessible at Mysticsexual.com (the "Site").

The Site allows for creating profiles, uploading, communicating, sharing, online contents purchasing, and general viewing of various types of content, allowing registered users to share and read adult contents, including sexually explicit materials. When you join Mystic Sexual Society - Lifestyle Club,(MSS) “We” you agree to the following indefinite: Code of Conduct

You agree to respect staff, contributors, agents, other members and affiliates: These people are not to be abused verbally, physically or otherwise. If you are caught or reported engaging in abusive behaviours, or breaking events and membership rules, MSS reserves the right to revoke your membership and bar you from attending or participating in booked or future events without a refund.
If you are found suspected of posting, talking, or engaging with minor/s in any way inappropriate, you will immediately be removed from the site, barred from booking or attending events, and revoked your membership without a refund or an explanation.
You are prohibited from bringing or using hard drugs during MSS events, affiliates' parties, or on-premises where we gather as a club.
Anyone caught using 'date rape' drugs, taking or dealing drugs during MSS events, affiliates or third parties premises will be reported to the authority.
We, our affiliates, and third-party liquor licensees reserve the right to refuse alcohol to those perceived to have had enough alcohol or have a negative adverse effect on other members, contributors, agents and third parties.
We reserve the right to remove you from an event for intoxication. We reserve the right to block you from specific activities for intoxication and anti-social behaviours.
If you are found to have stealthing during an event or in the past, we reserve the right to bar you from booking erotic events on MSS's platform. Removing your condom during sex without the other person's knowledge and consent is considered RAPE.
You are prohibited from using your phone/electronic devices during an erotic party unless the hosts and all members express permission. You will be asked to leave if you are caught using your phone and other electronic devices during a party.
You are never allowed to wear street clothes to MSS events, affiliate parties, or other group gatherings. When in doubt, ask or go with the default dress code of smart casual/business casual.
If you registered as a duo/couple and received your membership as a couple, you are required to attend the first event with your partner(This is non-negotiable; please do not ask). You are prohibited from attending no more than two annual events without your partner. Unless things have changed in your relationship; in that case, you must notify us and update your profile.
If you registered or booked an event as a couple, you must attend the event together; otherwise, cancel the booking. You understand that we reserve the right to refuse entry if you registered, booked an event as a couple and arrived at registration as a single without prior written consent.
You are responsible for using your membership benefits; failure to engage, book, or attend events will not result in a refund or cancellation of your membership outside the membership cancellation policies.
As a member of Mystic Sexual Society, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is legal, moral, and respectful in the club and your personal life. And you understand the club's purpose as a community of like-minded people is self-development, positive sexuality and sexual growth.

Liability waiver for in-person events, party and online events attendees

My partner and I acknowledge that we registered as member/s of the MSS Lifestyle Club(mysticsexual. com)(MSS). We can register to attend erotic events/s, adult online events and adult content discussions. I/we wish to participate in and observe sensual and erotic activities voluntarily.
I and my partner or guest agree that I/we will respectfully conduct myself/ourselves during our attendance at MSS events, affiliates' parties and other in-person and online events.
I and my guest/s understand that NO means NO, and an absolute YES is required before engaging with other members and attendees.
I and my guest/s understand and agree not to take anyone's pictures without their expressed permission. I/we understand any photos on the MSS Lifestyle Club/Mystic Sexual Society's website are for members only and cannot be copied, downloaded, or shared by any other members, staff, or guests without their expressed permission.
Sometimes, MSS's events and affiliates' parties may include erotic activity. Still, I/we understand there is no guarantee or obligation for any volunteers, staff, other members, or guests to engage in erotic activities.
I understand that the events staff, coordinators, and contributors will remove me and my guest from the event and potentially be barred from attending future events and removed from the club as a member for intoxication or disrespectful or irresponsible behaviours.
I understand that MSS Lifestyle Club's staff and contributing members reserve the right to remove anyone from an event for any reason without explanation or a refund of the event fee or club membership contribution.
I/we understand and agree that any bodily injury, dismemberment, death, or loss of personal property and expenses as a result of my negligent act(s) or the negligent act(s) of any other person(s) participating in any scheduled and planned, or unscheduled or unplanned activity, or as a result of the failure or malfunction of any piece(s) of equipment or devices, is my responsibility, and I accept same.
I/We understand that in consideration of the right to participate in erotic activities and any other activities in which I may participate in MSS events, affiliates, and third event, I at this moment certify that I am in good physical and psychological health with no defects that might be detrimental to me or other.
As consideration for being a member and registered to participate in and observe planned or spontaneous erotic activities, viewing or listening to adult content, I hereby release any legal liability and agree NOT to sue, claim against the property of, or prosecute, and to indemnify and hold harmless MSS, affiliates, agents, associates, assistants, guests, licensees, and third parties for any injury or death caused by or resulting from my voluntary participation in erotic activities, and engaging with adult content.
This Release of Liability shall be binding upon me, my heirs, my power of attorney, my estate, assigns, legal guardian and my representatives during my time as a member of MSS Lifestyle club, after renouncing my membership, and after death.
I/we have carefully read this Release of Liability Waiver and fully understand its contents. I/we are aware that I/we are releasing legal rights that I otherwise might have. I enter into this Release of Liability of my own free will and volition and with complete comprehension and awareness of the risks involved.
I and my guest/s are at least 21 years of age and in good mental and physical health.

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT AND APPLICATION FEE

You must be 18 or older to be considered for a membership to join MSS members-only community.

After completing your free Neophyte membership application, we ask you to verify your account to keep this community safe and prevent fake and bot profiles. An unverified membership application will not be considered or permitted access to our private pages.

A one-time non-refundable Fee of £15.00/$18.00 is due with a complete application form submitted via the website to verify your account and become a verified member, known as a Neophyte. This status will give you access to restricted blog post, podcast and non-sexual meet-ups .

For greater access to the Services, including the ability to communicate with other Members, forum posting, and gallery sharing, you must become a member or advance to a higher level by invitation from other members.

MSS Concierge Services Terms and Conditions

Mystic Sexual Society does not offer holidays and tours to members but from time to time we might make recommendation for in person meet-ups, swingers' vacation, erotic parties, classes, and non-sexual social events.

Your membership fee and Concierge services fee are a trade of information and resources for money.

When you send us an MSS Concierge Services 'Request Experience' form, you agree to receive email communication with service options based on your entries. You agreed to pay the event experience fee when applicable and MSS Concierge Services' service fee, which ranges between £50.00 to £200 depending on the type of experience requested, the time and resources we need to provide you with the information. The cost for parties, holidays, classes, events and other experiences are determined by external organisations, and the price may vary depending on the experience you wish to have.
To use the MSS Concierge Services, you must be a verified, subscribed member(Zealator). When you purchase a membership MSS subscription of £10.99 per month, or a yearly Zealator Membership we will charge you a one-time fee of £15.00 non-refundable for verification.

You can cancel your MSS Zealator membership at anytime, your services and access will be cancelled immediately when you cancel your membership.

The fees quoted above are converted into US Dollars and Euro according to market price at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy For event booking and RSVPs

Should you need to cancel an online booking, this will have to be done by writing to us at info@mysticsexual.com
You will receive a confirmation that your cancellation has been received.

Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to event commencement date will incur a 10% processing fee penalty.

Cancellations received between 59 days and 21 days before the event commencement date will incur a 20% processing fee penalty.
Cancellations received 21 days or less prior to the event commencement date will NOT receive a refund on amount paid. Unless permitted by event creator.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

In the event that travel to or from your country of residence is prohibited due to the COVID-19 pandemic, or the event is cancelled due to this pandemic, any money paid towards this event is credited into your account and can be used on future MSS events - NO MONEY IS LOST DUE TO COVID-19

Key Terms related to Content

"Content" refers to text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information or other materials.

"Mysticsexual.com Content" refers to all Content Mysticsexual.com makes available through the Site, Application or Service, including any Content licensed from a third party, but excluding Member Content.

"Member" refers to a person that completes Mysticsexual.com's account registration process, as described under "Account Registration" below.

"Member Content" refers to all Content that a Member posts, uploads, publishes, submits or transmits to be made available through the Site, Application or Services.

"Site Content" refers to Member Content and Mysticsexual.com Content.

Certain areas of the Site (and your access to or use of certain Services or Site Content) may have different terms and conditions posted, or may require you to agree with and accept additional terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the terms and conditions posted for a specific area of the Site, Services or Site Content, the latter terms and conditions will take precedence with respect to your use of or access to that area of the Site, Services or Site Content.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, APPLICATION OR SERVICES, OR BY POSTING ANY MEMBER CONTENT TO THE SITE OR THROUGH THE SERVICES, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE REGISTERED WITH THE SITE. How Mysticsexual.com Works

After you have created an Account (defined below) to become a Member of Mysticsexual.com, you may use the Services to create, view and follow visual collections, share on the forum, ready articles, comment on articles and podcasts. In order to share on the members gallery, you may (i) upload images from your computer by selecting the "Add image" section of the Site, (ii) use the Application to take and upload images, or to upload images by following the instructions provided on the "About" section of the Site. Please note that your visual collections will be publicly viewable by all members to the Site. In order to follow the visual collections of other Members, you may search for other visual collections via the Site and select the option to "Follow" such Members.

Eligibility

In order to use Mysticsexual.com, you affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and/or of legal required age in the jurisdiction you reside in and from which you access the Site. If you are under the age of 18, and/or under the legal required age in the jurisdiction you reside in and from which you access the Site, then you are not permitted to use the Site.

Account Registration

In order to access certain features of the Site and Services, and to post any Member Content on the Site or through the Services, you must register to create an account ("Account"). You must register with Mysticsexual.com and agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete. Mysticsexual.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current or incomplete. You agree that you will not (nor others using your account) spam. You will not use any URL in the title of you Content or in comments, use non-related tags, use overly large watermark, post or upload screen capture from video. DVD cover and product from sex store are not allowed.

You agree that you will not (nor others using your account) post, upload, publish, transmit or make available in any way on Mysticsexual.com content which is illegal, unlawful, harassing, harmful, threatening, tortuous, abusive, defamatory, obscene, illegal, unlawful, libellous or invasive of one's privacy, including but not limited to, personal information or hateful or racial speech.
